The 8th Brazilian Internet Forum, the main event dealing with Internet governance issues in the country, will be held in the city of Goiânia (Goiás) from November 4th to 7th. Marked by its multistakeholder and itinerant format, the Forum is promoted by the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) since 2011 and this is the first time it arrives in the midwest region of the country.
